Concept and design product features that deliver retention and monetization
Manage the product lifecycle from soft launch to ongoing liveops.
Coordinate with production to optimising the games for best user experience and revenue.
Define product roadmap, and deliver upon it through effective communication with stakeholders and developers.
Have a clear understanding of the casual mobile market, the games and audiences
Strong analytical capabilities with attention to detail.
Deep understanding of F2P mechanics, economies, currencies and balance.
Have direct, senior, experience readying a game for launch (retention and monetisation) specifically on a F2P casual title.
Understanding of UI/UX design concepts and principles
Outstanding communication skills
