You must be able and willing to illustrate ANY subject matter in ANY art style required.
•Resilience - Good strength of character is essential especially with regard to receiving and acting upon artistic direction from different sources, iterative artwork development and a clear acceptance of the often ‘disposable' nature of conceptual artwork.
•Team Player - A self-motivated team player who is open minded and conscientious with proven track record of thriving under pressure in a team orientated environment. The ability to professionally evaluate and act on feedback and ideas from multiple sources within the company is a core skill. Working effectively as part of a team by collaborating with other artists, designers, managers and clients is vital to this position.
•Conceptual Flexibility - Ability to evolve and develop visual concepts either alone with great freedom or within a very closely defined set of briefed criteria.

•Ability to gain a production advantage from using software packages such as 3D modelling software to generate paint over source images.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Relevant higher qualifications are ‘preferred' however to be considered for this role demonstrable skills and ability in the role requirements will be expected and sought.

TRAINING:

Although the jobholder will be trained on the job, they will be expected to develop their artistic appreciation and tool skills using their own initiative and in their own time. As well as organised training sessions, we encourage staff to broaden their skills further by giving them the opportunity to attend external courses as appropriate.
